Meet the Team

Nancy,RDA – Office Manager
Nancy has been in the orthodontic field for 11 years and with Irvine Orthodontics since 2002. She started as a clinical assistant, became the appointment manager, and is now our office manager. Nancy is so caring and is such a calming force. She is very diplomatic when difficult situations arise. Nancy is an invaluable resource for the doctors, staff, and patients.

Janet – Appointment Manager/Insurance Coordinator
Janet has been in the orthodontic field for 19 years and joined our practice last year. She is such a great planner and organizer. She's not afraid to jump in to get things done. Janet's laugh is contagious and her baking skills are superb which makes us and our patients very happy!

Kristine,RDA – Clinical Manager
Kristine has been a clinical assistant with Irvine Orthodontics since 2004 and was promoted to clinical manager in 2008. She is very organized, caring, and warm. She is always prepared and willing to help others. Her warmth and smile makes all of our patients feel welcome.

Kimmie, RDA, orthodontic assistant
Kimmie started in periodontics and switched to orthodontics many years ago. She also has been a pediatric dental assistant before coming to our office September 2010. Kimmiei s learning our style of treating patients with the utmost respect and attention. She is developing her knowlege of our systems and procedures to give you the best experience and results in orthodontics.

Ronda, professional relations coordinator
Ronda is an accountant by trade, and helped to manage her husbands general dental practice for many years. We are very fortunate to be able to rely on her to keep the lines of communication open with our patients and referring offices. She also is instrumental in making our office fun to work and to come to. Ronda is the ideal professional!

Rose, RDA, orthodontic assistant
Rose has worked with us since May 2011. She has a very professional manner and is a calming influence for our patients. She is also learning our systems and procedures to improve your orthodontic experience. Her skills will help us give you the best smile you deserve to have.

Toby, records assistant
Toby joined us this summer after moving from Oregon. He is taking the X-rays, photos and impressions for our practice. He is learning how the digital office works and will continue to learn each facet or our clinical and office systems and procedures with time. Toby also has a calm and gentle demeanor that you will admire. Toby aspires to become a dental hygienist.

Vinh, pre-dental student
Vinh is a future dentist - he helps us with sterilization and giving our patients instructions on how to take care of their retainers. He is very smart and diligent and is very inquisitive about all that we do in orthodontics. He will be applying to dental school next year - we wish him much success!
